Organization

The company was originally founded as C4 North America. Within a year it became clear that the demand for the services provided was global. The name of the organization became C4 Global. In late 2008 it became clear that the enterprise needed global banking relationships and therefore named entities in other countries. C4 Global was already being used. The company officially changed its name globally to C4 WorldWide, Inc.

C4 WorldWide, Inc. is a U.S. Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. C4 WorldWide, Inc. is not affiliated, in any way, with the following named entities with a similar name:

Governance

Led by our Chairman and the Board of Directors, the company has built the framework to insure that all C4 management, associates and personnel deliver our products and services with character, integrity and focus on the needs of the client above their individual needs. The company is committed to education and training to insure compliance and our global competitive edge.

Corporate Officers

This is the heartbeat of the organization. The Corporate Officers are fundamentally tied to the Mission of C4 that is, “We will make a positive humanitarian difference worldwide.” The enterprise is committed to the task of monitoring all activity within C4 to ensure consistency of the message and the resulting activities. New opportunities and strategic positions are managed by the Officers, including the Board of Directors, and assessed in accordance with the guiding principles of C4, its goals and objectives. It is their responsibility to grow C4 as a worldwide organization and ensure people are placed in empowering positions with adequate resources, support and oversight to insure successful outcomes.

C4 Geographical Divisions

Each geographical region of the globe is represented by a senior member of our team, and carries the title of either Managing Director or President (following local governance requirements). Every division reflects the business direction set forth by its leader. These individuals are responsible for managing the projects, activity, and investment within the division. They lead, work with and train their Associates, offering them support, resources and guidance as required. All have tremendous business experience and expertise, which allows them to see and assure the development of their division. They are committed to our Mission Statement and look to do as much for the social development of their region as for its commercial prosperity. C4 Alliance Partner

Being part of C4 is a privilege and an honour that is never taken lightly. We are fully aware of how much our reputation is affected by those who do business in our name. As a worldwide, networked organization, we have to assure our clients that their needs are in safe and fully capable hands. When a client does business with a C4 Alliance Partner, they know they are being supported, guided, and assisted through the entire process. The Alliance Partner’s role is to ensure that the client is looked after by a local resource, with the benefit of a worldwide reach of business skills capabilities and experiences. Not every company or organization that works with C4 can be an Alliance Partner – the selection process ensures we select only the best.

C4 Associates

Our global presence via our C4 Associates in more than 50 countries make us an attractive proposition for individuals who are supporting their own client base and their associated projects, but who lack the resources that C4 has available. We screen potential candidates and when approved, we welcome the opportunity to work with these people on an individual basis. Their day-to-day involvement with C4 depends upon their needs and our request. There may be a number of projects brought to us via the same C4 Associate but it is to our mutual benefit that we remain independent from one another.
