Our banking efforts are only now beginning to emerge. After working with Banks on REO and Note issues, we agreed that we would start working in unique ways within the banking community.

To that end, C4 is committed to buying a federally chartered bank in the U.S. and we've agreed to fund the acquisition of a securities firm in New York. Around the world, we're agreed to purchase 50% of a securities firm in Australia and we're talking about acquisitions or investments in other countries.

Banking is important to us because it also allows us to vertically work with our Program of Change for America™. Once it is fully implemented, the Bank will help by providing financing for those securing homes as an outright mortgage or under the auspices of our Structured Purchase Lease program.
